With my professional training in Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence, Self-Leadership, Inner Child Work, Meditation, and Logotherapy, I combine the most effective practices to your situation and needs. I believe in we need to feel safe and understood to be open to learn and transform. This is why I use my personal first-hand experience, compassion and storytelling.
